About this Presentation:
Plant magic is an important part of every cultural magic practice around the world. However, for those of us who have not been raised in intact cultures, it can be hard to keep track of the many folk names that plants go by. We will learn to identify common plants that are useful in multiple magic and witchcraft traditions that grow throughout North America. We will also address and discuss some "herban" legends and the ways in which the allure of the poison plants requires careful understanding of plant identification. Go beyond the folk magical armchair and pick a handful of helpful plants confidently and safely.
