Within this hourglass is a dissert inspired by a cornucopia of flavors  and vintage lore. This blend is an opulent fermentation of plant-based  study, infused with an exploration of vine ripened craft from a variety of orchards, including regions of Ancient India, Neolithic Europe, and the monastic abbeys of medieval times. Each unique addition to this  structured body provides bold nuance into the historic practice of  brewing, and implementation of spirits derived from herbal sources.

This  discussion will stir the proverbial lees, and delve into the opulent expression and aesthetic of each herb and plant used in the creation of  alcohol, and the intention of each inclusions for use in ritual  practices. With each appellation harboring a variety of verdant notes, many of which often contained psychoactive, bizarre, poisonous, or even unknown ingredients. These barrel-aged decoctions all contain the complexity of agrarian dedication to the grains, flowers, roots, herbs and spices used in the process of their creation. The refreshing, yet lingering finish of this bouquet pairs best with proper decanting with beloved company.
