There are no returns or exchanges for General Admission, Day Pass or Individual Class Purchases unless the event is cancelled. No exceptions.

All attendees must be over the age of 18. No exceptions. Attendees of The Black Cat Cabaret must be over 21, we will check ID's at the door.

The Salem Witch Festival Summer Agora is both an online AND in-person event. To attend online, register for the ONLINE GENERAL ADMISSION pass, or individual classes. Zoom links will be provided in your confirmation email. The confirmation email will be sent to the email provided at the time of registration. If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours of registering, please check your spam folder and then email info@salemwitchfest.com (please reference your order #) 

If you are attending In-Person, please purchase the IN-PERSON GENERAL ADMISSION PASS, and visit our Welcome Center located in The Hawthorne Hotel to pick up your passes. If you are attending in-person, special events only you receive an email with a PDF ticket that MUST be presented at entry.

Please note that purchases made within 24 hours of the scheduled class time may mean that you are unable to attend the live streaming of the class, but you will have access to the class recording.

When you are admitted to your zoom class(es) please change your screen name to the first and last name provided during your registration to ensure admittance in to the class.

Class recordings will be emailed to you within ten (10) business days of the conclusion of the Salem Witchcraft & Folklore Festival.

Any problematic, inflammatory, inappropriate or bigoted language or conduct WILL NOT be tolerated. If any attendee exhibits this behavior they will be removed from the class, will be unable to attend any additional classes they have registered for, and will not be eligible for a refund.
